Pre-requisite of the Vaccination Certificate
Applicants of the certificate must have administered the required number of doses of the vaccine. After administering the proper vaccination doses, please follow the following steps to obtain the certificate.
Method 1: Download COVID19 Vaccination Certificate Online

Step-1: Land on the NIMS website by following this link and SELECT ‘Covid19 Vaccination Certificate’ button and enter the required information like CNIC number, CNIC issuance date, CAPTCHA answer, and click the button at the bottom to submit the request:
Step-2: At this screen, you will be asked to enter some additional information regarding your identity including passport number (if any), name as per CNIC, and citizenship detail by selecting from the dropdown menu:
Step-3: Now, you will land on the screen to follow the ‘Step 1’ to ‘Step 5’ to get the certificate. Here, you will be asked to “Accept the Terms and Conditions” by clicking the checkbox followed by the “Accept and Continue” button:
Step-4: You are now at the “Payment Details” screen to make the payment of Rs.100/- as a fee for the certificate. You can make the online payment by using VISA/MasterCard Debit or Credit to make the payment. Here, enter the required information of your debit/credit card:
Step-5: At this step, a “Payment Receipt” will show up on your screen. You may download the receipt for your record. Click the “Continue” button to move towards the next screen:
Step-6: At the “Review Info” screen you can preview the onscreen information to make sure there are no mistakes. If the given information is correct, click the button at the bottom of the screen to proceed further:
Step-7: At this step, you are ready to download your vaccination certificate. Click the “Download” button to save a PDF copy of your COVID19 Vaccination Certificate:
Note: Afghan refugees are required to enter their “PoR – Proof of Refugees” card number to acquire their certificate by following the steps mentioned above.
How to modify COVID19 Vaccination Certificate Credentials Online
After downloading, if you found any discrepancies or errors on your COVID19 Vaccination Certificate, you can login to National Immunization Management System (NIMS) website using your CNIC details and click the give button to modify your credentials. You can modify the required details and can again download the certificate.
How to download your modified certificate
You can download the modified certificate after making a fee of another Rs.100/- by following the instructions given at Step-4. After making the fee payment, click again “Download Certificate” button.
Method 2: Obtain COVID19 Vaccination Certificate through NADRA Center
Alternatively, if you feel convenient you can also visit NADRA centers near you to get the certificate. You will need to get a Token at the reception and to Stay Cool and wait for your turn to get the certificate. You can also visit NADRA e-Sahulat Center near you to get the certificate at your ease.
Note: All those citizens who are over 17 years of age and have not yet been registered for vaccination are advised to do covid vaccine registration and get vaccinated at the earliest as Delta Variant of COVID19 is drastically spreading.
